The vendor shall supply electronic parts as listed in the contract, with estimated annual usage amounts for each manufacturer's catalog item. Materials shall be delivered in multiple deliveries as determined by the Illinois Tollway over a two-year period. The vendor must be the manufacturer or an authorized dealer/distributor capable of providing genuine OEM parts and original product warranty.
