The selected firm will provide tailored support and recommendations for public and private fleets looking to electrify, including fleet needs assessments, operational cost analyses, total cost of ownership analyses, and recommendations for infrastructure investments. The Concierge will attend events across Illinois to promote these services, coordinate with IEPA and the Clean Fleet Tools contractor, and provide up-to-date information on utility programs supporting transportation electrification. The Concierge will support small- to medium-sized fleets (up to 30 vehicles) and freight operators, and will coordinate with other CPRG tasks (2.6 and 2.7). The Vendor shall track the number of fleets engaged and the number and type of electric vehicles deployed, and provide monthly reports to IEPA.
