The Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology desires to establish a 10-year agency specific contract to provide maintenance and operations (M&O) services as well as the development of Enhanced Process Improvements (EPI) for all services outlined in this RFP.
Pre-Bid Conference: There will be a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference held via Webinar. Refer to Section C.7. of the RFP Solicitation document for registration information.
The awarded vendor will provide comprehensive M&O services including administration, artifact management, application enhancement, application testing, application maintenance and support, infrastructure management, meeting coordination, and reporting. Specific responsibilities include managing incidents in ServiceNow, developing and maintaining program artifacts, executing configuration and development changes, conducting testing (regression, smoke, automated, disaster recovery), monitoring system performance and interfaces, managing releases and transports, administering SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control modules, and providing subject matter expertise. The vendor will also support Enhanced Process Improvement (EPI) projects such as S/4 implementation, BODS upgrades, and additional module rollouts, with work performed in Chicago, IL.
