The work is estimated at $275,000.00 . Bids will be received and publicly opened at the BHA's Procurement Department, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th floor, Boston, MA, 02111. If bidders are to hand-deliver bids, please drop off bids at the Bids/Proposals Drop-Off Box in the lobby of 52 Chauncy Street.
Bids not received by the following times will be rejected:

The general bid must include a 5% bid deposit. The successful bidder must furnish 50% Payment Bond. All bids are subject to MGL c. 30, sec. 39M.
