This project will involve constructing approximately 7730 linear feet (LF) of 30-inch gravity interceptor and approximately 7610 LF of 36-inch gravity interceptor in the Western Gilleland Basin.

The selected consultant will provide professional engineering services including civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, tunnel engineering, project management, investigation, analytical study, field services, evaluation, design, construction management, project coordination, community involvement, preparing maps, evaluation of historical data, preliminary engineering, final design and other engineering services as necessary for this wastewater interceptor project. Required tasks include a Preliminary Engineering Report (alignment studies, route analysis, environmental evaluations, project phasing plan), Design Phase (final engineering, geotechnical investigations, preparation of plans and specifications, permitting), Bidding Phase (assist in advertising, develop addenda, evaluate bids), Construction Phase (periodic site visits, review shop drawings, prepare change orders, interpret plans, conduct project reviews, prepare as-built drawings), and Warranty Phase (assistance with project malfunctions or deficiencies).
