The successful bidder(s) shall provide custodial supplies identified in the Bid Pricing Schedule, which may include paper towels, toilet tissue, hand soap, cleaning chemicals, trash can liners, gloves, and associated dispensers or related consumables. Deliveries shall be made to individual AISD campuses, departments, facilities, or other District-designated locations within one to two business days after receipt of an authorized order. Bidders may offer products compatible with existing dispensing systems or propose alternative systems with replacement dispensers. The contract may be funded in whole or in part with federal funds, requiring compliance with applicable federal requirements including 2 CFR Part 200.
