2632 — Art & Miscellaneous School Supplies

The Alief Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide the goods/services described herein. Faxed, emailed, or any responses received after the stated due date/time will not be accepted or considered. Be advised that the terms and or/conditions of any contract created as a result of this solicitation may be negotiated; however, pricing submitted to this solicitation should represent the vendor’s best and final offer.

Vendors must list and explain any/all minimum order requirements in the Item Attributes section or by submitting a Response Attachment detailing such requirements.

If alternate products are offered, samples of all alternate products will be required and must be delivered within seven (7) business days of the proposal due date to:

Each sample must be clearly labeled with the following information:

Supplier name
Bid number
Line item number for which the sample is submitted

Any awards made as a result of this solicitation will be in effect for one (1) year from the date of Board of Trustee approval. The District may, in its sole discretion, extend any contract for an additional one (1) term, anticipate awarding at the February school board meeting.
