- Description
- The Alief Independent School District ("AISD" or "District") is seeking proposals from qualified individuals/firms to provide various contracted services on an as-needed basis. This proposal applies to, but is not limited to, the following categories:
- Professional Development Services
- Interpretation/Translation Services
- Student-Focused Contracted Services (fine arts, instruction-related services, special population services, etc.)
- Employee-Focused Contracted Services (staffing agencies, temporary services, etc.)
- Consulting Services (educational, financial, technological, etc.)
- Event Rental Services (inflatables, petting zoos, decorations, DJs, stages, tables/chairs/tents, etc.)
- Apparel/Uniform Services (alterations, dry cleaning, etc.)
- Vehicle & Transportation Services (collision/body work, automotive, charter bus services, etc.)
- Any other contracted services utilized by the District on an as-needed basis.
An award under this contract serves to create a pool of pre-qualified vendors from which quotes for needed services will be obtained; being awarded as a result of this solicitation does not guarantee that individuals/firms will receive purchase orders to provide services to the District. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period.
