2312 — Instructional, Classroom & Campus Materials, Equipment & Supplies

Alief Independent School District is seeking catalog discount pricing for Instructional, Classroom & Campus Materials, Equipment & Supplies.

This proposal applies to but is not limited to the following categories:

INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES, FINE ARTS EQUIPMENT (ART, MUSIC, THEATRE), MATERIALS & SUPPLIES,

BOOKS, SCIENCE EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES, VOCATIONAL/CTE EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES, TESTING EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES,

ONLINE ACCESS AND SUPPLIES, SAFETY ITEMS INCLUDING METAL DETECTORS & TRAFFIC CONES.

Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period, with the initial award expected to occur at the March, 2023 school board meeting. Contract term shall be for five (5) years beginning April 1, 2023, ending March 31, 2028. Vendors may cancel at any time during the contract term if they so desire by notifying the Buyer of record. In the event the proposal term ends before another proposal is executed, proposal prices and discounts may be extended on a month-to-month basis by mutual consent. As proposals are received, they will be evaluated and either accepted or rejected by the District; however, VENDORS SHOULD RESPOND ASAP to be considered for contract award. Award notices will be sent electronically. Proposal responses will be accepted on a continual basis until March 31, 2028 at 2:00 P.M. (CDT). Responses should be submitted electronically.
