Description

The County invites all licensed contractors to apply for inclusion on the calendar year 2026 qualified contractors? list for informal procurements conducted pursuant to the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (UPCCAA). Note: Contractors must apply annually to be included on next year?s list even if your company applied in previous years. Contractors on the qualified list will receive notices inviting informal bids for projects under $220,000, provided they hold the appropriate license for the work.

Contractors must also be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) pursuant to Labor Code �1725.5. Please complete the online application by visiting the link below:
