Sealed bids for 500 Hollywood Drive Structure Removal, Project Number Z537350000**,** will be received before 2:00 p.m., October 23, 2026 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.
This state funded project will include the demolition and removal of site improvements and the structure located at 500 Hollywood Drive in Anchorage, Alaska.
The Engineer's Estimate is between $200,000 and $500,000. The Project completion date will be May 31, 2027.
A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held at 10:00am on Tuesday October 13, 2026 at the project location (500 Hollywood Drive Anchorage, AK).
Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings.
