The contractor shall construct sewer improvements for Manokotak, Alaska. The Base Bid includes rehabilitation of the old village lift station, replacement of pumps and control panels, removal of the settling tank and fences. Additive Alternate #1 includes replacement of the sewer main between manhole 3 and manhole 12, replacements of manholes 2 and 3, rehabilitation of manhole 12, and demolition of manhole 1. Additive Alternate #2 includes rehabilitation, repair, or replacement of remaining manholes, specifically replacement of 5 manholes, rehabilitation of 6 manholes, and repair of 7 manholes. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, disposal and equipment to complete the work.
