Do not submit request for technical data via email. All request must be processed through SAM.gov system. No exceptions.
The contractor shall manufacture, preserve, package, pack, mark, and deliver the Weight Assy, Bifilar (P/N 70107-08404-044) in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1, MIL-STD-129, and other specified standards. The contract covers five ordering periods over five years, with a minimum quantity of 50 units obligated on the first delivery order and a maximum of 311 units. Delivery shall commence 330 days after contract award at a rate of 5 per month until complete, FOB Origin. The contractor must comply with Item Unique Identification (IUID) markings, barcode markings, and the higher-level quality standard ANSI/ISO/ASQ 9001:2015 (as 9100 or Equivalent). All Wood Packaging Material must be ISPM-15 compliant. The contractor must also meet CMMC Level 2 (Self) cybersecurity requirements.
