The bidder must supply integrated gas detection equipment consisting of the Midas S2 Transmitter and multiple compatible Midas sensor cartridges for fixed, continuous monitoring of combustible gases, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, and hydride gases in industrial or laboratory environments. The bill of materials includes 5 MIDAS S2-T-004 Transmitters, 1 MIDAS S2-E-LEL Sensor Cartridge, 1 MIDAS S2-E-H2S Sensor Cartridge, 1 MIDAS S2-E-NH3 Sensor Cartridge, 2 MIDAS S2-E-ASH Sensor Cartridges, 1.5 days of startup commissioning, and travel expenses. The bidder must provide a firm fixed price quote with delivery schedule, completed representations and certifications, and any exceptions to terms. The award will be made based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal.
