The scope of work includes the design modification, fabrication, assembly, factory acceptance testing (FAT), and delivery of a functional, stand-alone Cask Interface Assembly unit for a Modular Hot Cell (MHC). The Seller shall fabricate the Mechanical Cask Interface Assembly per drawing MMHC1CAVE20-ASSY-R0 and design and fabricate a support stand that integrates with the assembly for testing and operation. The work also includes procuring and assembling all components, performing a factory/shop acceptance test, and packaging and delivering the unit to a location designated by the Company. The Seller must also provide deliverables such as preliminary and final support structure designs, a bill of materials, operating and maintenance instructions, and as-built drawings.
