The Scott AFB Education & Training Center requires the non-personal services of a Test Administrator, who will be responsible for administering a variety of tests including military, educational, and professional certification exams to military personnel, civilian employees and their dependents. Full details of responsibilities are included in the Statement of Work (SOW). This contract will include a base year, four Option Years (OY)s, and an optional 6-month extension of services.
The Test Administrator is responsible for administering tests including Air Force Career Development Academy (AFCDA) end-of-course tests, Job Site Training Course Exams, Defense Language Aptitude Battery (DLAB), Defense Language Proficiency Tests (DLPT), Oral Proficiency Interviews (OPI), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Examinations, Air Force Reading Abilities Tests (AFRAT), Typing Tests, and other tests used in local advisement or guidance programs. Duties include preparing testing rooms, verifying examinee eligibility, maintaining test logs, safeguarding controlled test material, conducting monthly inventories, preparing quarterly reports, updating AFAEMS, processing answer sheets for mailing or electronic transmittal, and performing related administrative tasks. The contractor works approximately 2-3 testing sessions per week (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and military goal days), each session lasting 4-5 hours. The contract includes a base year (18 October 2026 – 17 October 2027), four option years, and an optional 6-month extension.
