This work includes, but is not limited to, any function, which is necessary during the processing of educational benefits and programs beginning upon initial receipt or contact, research and review required regulations, records, and law; developing a recommendation on the disposition for government approval, preparing responses for signature, releasing disposition to required agencies or claimants, and other related services as further defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Provide all planning, management, supervision and quality control for educational administrative support including ACED office operations with call, mailbox and tasker routing, ArmyIgnitED inbox triage and case resolution, Army Personnel Testing account and test material administration, Joint Services Transcript validation and manual updates using ATRRS and official records, and finance support for tuition assistance and credentialing assistance refund and recoupment checks including tracking, research, DD1131 preparation and counseling notes, plus program management, meetings, monthly status and annual roll-up reports.
