The contractor shall remove and dispose of two existing indoor air handlers/gas furnaces and two outdoor condensing units, and install new high-efficiency, Energy Star compliant systems including programmable thermostats, condensate pumps, ductwork cleaning and modifications, air registers, air filters, new equipment pads, pipe and duct insulation, all associated electrical power and control wiring, and air balancing. The contractor must also provide alternate pricing for a heat pump option that eliminates natural gas heating. The contractor's shop must be within 60 miles of the project site.
