REPLACE AND RELOCATE FAN COIL UNIT, BLDG 513, NAS OCEANA

The Contractor shall demolish existing fan coil unit. Provide replacement (in-kind) fan coil unit and install above Room 20, an adjacent room. Provide ductwork, piping, DDC and other work to support fan coil replacement and relocation. Demolish entire ceilings in Rooms 19 & 20 in support of mechanical work. Provide new ceilings in Rooms 19 & 20. Demolish existing light fixtures and provide LED fixtures, reuse lighting circuits and controls. The work also includes modifying the N2 Bus Trunk 1 on NAE-513-1 to BACnet, providing BACnet Metasys controllers for HFCU-12 and HFCU-13, reconnecting the N2 daisy chain, and modifying programs, schedules, and graphics. The contractor must protect existing flooring and furniture left behind, and coordinate with the NAVFAC construction management team for any electrical work extending into the corridor.
