Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of T-ATS Vessels

The contractor will be responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and crewing of up to eight T-ATS Navajo Class vessels. Services include full operating status (FOS), reduced operating status (ROS), repair availability (RAV), and pre-delivery orientation/familiarization (NUC-1, NUC-2, NUC-3) per diem rates. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and services for ship operation and maintenance, including crew wages, provisions, insurance, and indirect costs. Reimbursable expenses include crew travel, port charges, overhaul, industrial assistance, ship spares, crew overtime, alterations, and utilities. The contract includes extensive reporting and data requirements as outlined in the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL).
