It also includes fixing the remote containment basin drainage issue, replacing asphalt on the NE side of the fueling facility, repairing refueler parking concrete, replacing the dispenser fuel monitor with a non-coalescing filter and installing a water draw off system with a hand pump, replacing asphalt near the loading/unloading facility with a concrete path, replacing the POL building of the same size and at the same location, completing supplying, installation, and testing of an ATG system on a Fuel Storage Tank (AVGAS), and relocating the generator inside the compartmentalized area. Optional work includes stockpiling and disposal of petroleum contaminated soil, handling and disposal of lead-based paint and paint containing chromium, and handling and disposal of asbestos containing material.
