On Call Type III Helicopter Flight Services

The contractor must provide fully Contractor-operated and maintained On-Call (OC) small helicopter flight services to transport personnel and/or cargo in support of Government natural resource missions in the Contiguous United States, including interagency fire management, wildland fire suppression, fire monitoring, initial attack, prescribed fire, aerial ignition, rehabilitation seeding, search and rescue, law enforcement, and other administrative and natural resource activities. The contractor must provide a minimum of one helicopter, personnel, fuel servicing vehicle, fuel, and all associated equipment.
