The contractor must supply 200 each of RBP SHT BUSHING, part number ACB-164-14-SS, with salient characteristics MFR FROM SAE AMS-QQ-S-763 CRES 304 COND-A BAR, DIMENSIONS PER ATTACHED DRAWING, at firm fixed price. Vendors must submit their bid with manufacturer specifications in PDF format for evaluation; bids received without manufacturer specifications will be non-responsive. The contractor must retain supply chain traceability documentation demonstrating the item conforms to the technical requirements and is from an approved manufacturer, including basic item description, part number, drawing or specification, national stock number, manufacturing source, CAGE code, and identification of all supply chain intermediaries, and make it available to the contracting officer within three business days upon request, retaining it for ten years after final payment. Packaging and marking must be in accordance with ASTM-D-3951, with non-manufactured wood packing heat treated to a minimum core temperature of 56 degrees centigrade for 30 minutes, and items not shipped via small parcel service must be on pallets. Inspection and acceptance occur at destination by the receiving activity at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard IMF.
