4.Parking spaces available for 2 GV's
5.Space must be available no later than Oct 1, 2026

Building Ownership information: The proof of property ownership or authority to enter a contract to convey exclusive rights of subject property, such as a warranty deed or management agreement which included owner’s deed. NO SUBLEASES

Building management point of contact, name, phone number, email address - Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any,
Date of space occupancy availability, - Amount of parking available on-site and/or nearby parking garages/areas,

The Coast Guard requires a minimum of 2,000 rentable square feet and a maximum of 3,000 sq ft retail unit suitable for 7 USCG personnel. The space must include storage and kitchenette (or ability to add), a back door exit to the outside, parking for 2 government vehicles, and be available no later than October 1, 2026. The landlord must register in SAM.gov and have a UID. No subleases are allowed. Expressions of interest must include building ownership proof, building name/address, management POC, rental rate details (including tenant improvements), occupancy date, parking count, and energy efficiency features.
