The contractor must furnish and deliver new, OEM Polaris brand parts (43 brand-name line items) and standard commercial off-the-shelf parts (8 line items) as detailed in Attachment 1 - Salient Characteristics and Attachment 2 - Price List. Delivery is FOB Destination to Andersen AFB, Yigo, Guam, within 180 calendar days after award. The contractor is responsible for all shipping, ocean freight, customs clearance, and transit logistics.
