Angelina Road and Culvert Maintenance at the National Forests and Grasslands at Texas

The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and incidentals necessary to perform roadway maintenance, ditch reshaping, mowing, and culvert removal and replacement throughout the southern portion of the Angelina National Forest. Work includes surface grading of 45.3 miles of designated Forest Service roads, cleaning and reshaping ditches along 77.8 miles of roadway, routine mowing of 53.3 miles of roadside vegetation, and removal, replacement, and disposal of existing culverts (160 LF of 18-inch, 80 LF of 48-inch, and 80 LF of 72-inch). The contractor must also provide and operate minimum equipment hours (10 hours compaction, 16 hours dozer, 16 hours excavator, 20 hours backhoe) and furnish and install materials (425 tons crushed limestone, 225 tons 1x3 rock, 100 tons 4x8 rock, 230 cubic yards backfill material). All work must meet Forest Service road maintenance standards and industry best practices, and work areas must be left clean, stable, and safe.
