As a reminder, If you did not attend the Site Visit your offer will be considered non-responsive as “written confirmation that the contractor has reviewed existing site conditions” (Pg 16 of the solicitation)(ie…Your name on the Sign In Sheet from the Site Visit on Thursday, September 24th) is required for award consideration.
As of now, another Site Visit is not planned.
In the event this changes, notification will be posted.

Please fill out the attached RFQ and SOI and have it returned to me by COB on Tuesday the 20th of October, 2026 NLT 1700 EST.
Please see the top of Pg 22 of the solicitation for all required documents to be considered responsive for award.
If you do not comply with the submission instructions within the RFQ your offer will be considered non-responsive and NOT be considered for award (please read the entire RFQ).
The contractor must supply all labor, materials, equipment, and valid licenses to remove and dispose of the existing indoor unit (attic-mounted), outdoor unit (grade-mounted), electrical, controls, and refrigerant linesets. The contractor will then install a new system with the same nominal capacity, which may be a split system, twinned indoor units, or a packaged outdoor heat pump. The work includes new branch circuit wiring, conduit, overcurrent protection devices, local equipment disconnects, a programmable thermostat, duct modifications, and all other building modifications necessary to accommodate the new equipment. The contractor must also provide a third-party electrical inspection of all electrical work performed.
