The purpose of this requirement is to procure, install, and integrate a comprehensive, high-definition security camera system for Munitions Squadron (MUNS) at Dyess Air Force Base (AFB). The system will provide continuous, real-time visual surveillance, automated threat detection, and archival capabilities to secure critical assets, munitions storage areas (MSAs), and associated infrastructure against unauthorized access, theft, espionage, and sabotage. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to install a complete and fully functional IP-based security camera system in the 7 MUNS Munitions Storage Area at Dyess Air Force Base. Work includes mounting 8 exterior-rated cameras (4MP minimum, IP66, vandal-resistant, IR range no less than 120 ft, one with 360° viewing), installing a 16-channel NVR with H.265 compression and 30-day storage, a POE switch, patch panel, CAT6 cabling in protective conduit, and optionally a double-conversion online UPS with 2-hour runtime. The contractor must also provide shop drawings, as-built drawings, conduct an operational test, and provide one-time system operation and maintenance training.
