The purpose of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") process is to secure Group Health Plan ASO services including claims payment, member services, provider networks, utilization-care management, vendor carve-out coordination, banking, compliance & regulatory oversight. The district is requesting proposals from experienced and reputable Carriers/TPAs who can provide “integrated” comprehensive plan options, EPOs/ Tiered ACOs/ PCP controlled HMOs. The district is not requesting the services of commissionable Agent/Brokers; Alliant is the District's Agent of Record ("AOR") and contracted benefits consultant.
The District has retained Alliant Insurance Services as the District authorized Agent of Record on all coverages. The district is not requesting services from any other Agent of Record.
