The contractor shall provide and operate a high quality audio system for the start and finish line, including speakers, wireless microphones, offline music systems, and independent power. They must also provide two 96-inch video screens, a 20x10 stage, and ensure all equipment is set up, tested, and operated on event day. The contractor is responsible for all equipment, tools, and personnel, and must have a supervisor on site at all times. The period of performance includes a base year plus four one-year options, with specific dates for each year's event, set-up, and tear-down.
