The contractor must provide two new 2027 mountain snowmobiles meeting specified salient characteristics (minimum 850 cc two-stroke engine, 153-155 inch track, electric start, reverse, factory-installed ice scratchers) for two seasonal lease periods (December 1, 2026 – April 15, 2027 and December 1, 2027 – April 15, 2028). The lease price must include delivery to Hebgen Lake Ranger District in West Yellowstone, MT, a two-year manufacturer's warranty, warranty service and repairs, replacement snowmobile if unavailable for more than one business day, all transportation and setup charges, a 5,000-mile allowance per snowmobile, and retrieval at lease end. The offeror must also provide a separate end-of-lease purchase price.
