Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for U.S. Studies Conference Program Services for the U.S. Embassy Canberra, Australia.
Under this requirement, one-day conferences on U.S. foreign policy and the U.S. political system must be designed and delivered in three Australian cities: Canberra, Sydney, and Melbourne.
If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449.
The contractor shall design and deliver three interactive, one-day U.S. Studies conferences in Canberra, Sydney, and Melbourne for Australian government officials. Each conference shall provide instruction on the constitutional and historical foundations of American democracy, the roles and functions of the U.S. bureaucracy, and current Washington policy settings. The contractor shall provide qualified moderators and subject-matter experts, manage conference venues and logistics, conduct participant feedback surveys and pre- and post-program knowledge assessments, support a networking reception following each conference, and submit an outcomes report for each program. A final comprehensive impact report consolidating results from all three conferences is also required.
