The International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office (INL) in Bogota has a requirement for K9 Portable Modular Kennels in Colombia.
All interested vendors should submit the quotations according to the attached INL RFQ PR15678667 no later than August 26, 2026, at 4:00 pm via email to RestrepoF@state.gov and BogotaINLSolicitation@state.gov . No quotations will be accepted after this time.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested by this notice alone, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
To be considered for award, please follow the instructions given in the document INL- RFQ_ PR15678667 Section 3.
The solicitation covers two line items: (1) 40 portable modular kennels manufactured in satin stainless steel (reference 304) with specific dimensions (150 cm width, 240 cm length, 1.80 cm height), modular assembly, anti-slip floor, grounding isolation system, and installation manual in Spanish; and (2) comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance, adaptation, and repair of 20 mobile metal kennels, including structural evaluation, weld repair, removal of sharp edges, maintenance of latches and hinges, roof and floor repairs, and application of non-toxic anti-corrosive coating. Delivery of item 1 is to the INL warehouse in Bogota; repair services for item 2 are to be performed at locations in Villagarzón and Barrancabermeja, with prior coordination with DIRAN.
