The contractor must deliver three commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) videoscopes that meet detailed specifications: insertion tube length 3-6 meters, max outer diameter 4mm, minimum 80-degree field of view, forward-facing LED lighting, IP54 ingress protection, joystick control with four-way 120-degree articulation, color touchscreen display 6.5-12 inches with 1920x1080 resolution, backlit display, support strap or handle, live measurement capabilities (length between two points, point-to-line, orthogonal height, surface area), 3D surface modeling, battery power, JPEG still image and MP4 video recording, and removable SD card storage. The videoscopes must be delivered fully assembled and ready for use, include an operations and maintenance manual, and be shipped FOB Destination to Tinker AFB, OK 73145.
