The 55 CS/SCXF Installation Spectrum Management needs a spectrum analyzer with minimum capabilities to provide electromagnetic analyses between 9 kHz to 80 GHz, either fixed or portable. Minimum characteristics include signal and spectrum analyzer frequency range 9 kHz to 80 GHz, phase noise of -140 dBc to 10 KHz offset, OCXO precision frequency reference, 5G-NR R15 DL measurements, AM/FM/PM modulation analysis, VOR/ILS measurements, various WLAN and cellular standards, pulsed radar, automotive radar, EMC diagnosis, noise power ratio measurements, phase noise measurements, spurious measurements, Bluetooth measurements, beyond 5G measurements, high rate pulse repetition frequency ultrawideband measurements, extension to 160 MHz signal analysis bandwidth, documentation of calibration values, recommended antenna set for mobile operation, transportation case if available, 5-year warranty and calibration, and training.
