The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District is procuring a single, stand-alone contract for the Raritan Bay Slag Superfund Site Operable Unit 1 - Seawall Sector Remedial Action. This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose.
