The contractor shall supply four quarterly orders of fresh bread products: whole wheat unseasoned loaves (292,032 ounces per quarter), enriched hot dog rolls (24,000 each per quarter), and enriched hamburger rolls (57,600 each per quarter). All bread must meet federal commodity identification standards (CID A-A-20052C and A-A-20053C) specifying whole wheat, pan-baked, sliced, enriched, and seedless varieties. Fresh bread shall be delivered within 48 hours after baking. Deliveries occur in four periods: October 1 – December 31, 2026; January 1 – March 31, 2027; April 1 – June 30, 2027; and July 1 – September 30, 2027. Delivery is FOB destination to FCI Milan, 4004 East Arkona Road, Milan, MI 48160.
