A site visit will be mandatory for all interested offerors. All interested offerors arrive no later than five minutes prior to their RSVP'd start time. All RSVP must be received and emailed to the Contracting Officer John.A.Mangune@uscg.mil and COR Michael.s.sadowski@uscg.mil no later than August 28, 2026 at 1600 PDT. Each offeror is required to visit the site to provide the government with an accurate and competitive offer but is not required to submit a quote. For site visit date and time please refer to the attached- Statement of Work.

The contractor shall remove two old gate motors, mounting hardware, and chain from the main cantilever gate assembly; install new 1HP motors with all associated mounting hardware and materials; make necessary electrical connections and adjustments; verify proper alignment; and ensure proper operation in manual and electric modes. The contractor must also provide O&M manuals, perform final cleaning, and offer a 1-year warranty on workmanship.
