The contractor will remove manure and wind-blown material from pens, alleyways, beneath fencelines and feeders, perimeter roads and within an 8-foot radius of fences by scraping to mineral soil, provide laborer support for areas equipment cannot access including temporarily moving corral panels, haul all material including temporary piles to the designated east-side disposal site and spread it evenly, coordinate with the Facility Manager to ensure pens are free of animals before cleaning, and furnish all equipment, operators, tools and supervision to clean the entire facility during daylight business hours.
