4.3 Vendor Administrative Requirements

6.3 Applicable Wage Determination
Department of Labor Wage Determination: No. 2015-4543 (applicable revision).
The contractor must inspect and repair the Jered LLC Air Driven Warping Capstan, Model X-1503, located on the fantail, and inspect and service the boat davit. Work includes operating and inspecting, disassembling, inspecting, preserving, non-destructive examination, servicing, grooming and lubricating, renewing gaskets, pneumatic hoses, wire rope, grease fittings, pins and bushings, and performing operational and weight tests on both the capstan and davit. The contractor must submit Condition Inspection Reports (CIRs) and Condition Found Reports (CFRs) as specified.
