This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns.
The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to the effort is:
561720 – Janitorial Services, with the size standard of $22 Million
The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract with a base plus four option years. Period of Performance begins 1/1/27.

Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM,) www.sam.gov on the date established for receipt of offers. Reference AMS Clause 3.3.1-33, paragraph (d), "if the offeror does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer may proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror."
The FAA reserves the right to review and verify each offerors program eligibility. Potential offerors should note that the FAA reserves the right to communicate with one or more offerors at any time during the SIR process. This SIR/RFO is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of proposals.
The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary to perform janitorial services at the FAA facilities. Tasks include waste/recycle receptacle emptying, policing grounds, cleaning smoking receptacles, surface dusting and cleaning, window and window covering cleaning, carpeted and uncarpeted floor care, stairwell/elevator/handicap lift cleaning, restroom/shower/locker room cleaning and disinfecting, drinking fountain cleaning, kitchen/breakroom cleaning, wellness center cleaning, operational area cleaning, and blood/bodily fluid cleanup. The contractor must also furnish consumable supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash liners, etc.) and equipment (vacuums, buffers, mops, etc.), and submit deliverables including a Quality Control Plan, work schedule, employee list, and Safety Data Sheets.
