The contractor provides a 0.5 FTE Command Historian to the 11th ABN Chief of Staff Office. Task 1 organizes and catalogues historical artifacts and documents, builds a digital catalogue, establishes displays, and presents monthly historical vignettes. Task 2 supports the Commander's Initiative Group and Joint Visitor Bureau, including JPMRC Rotation 27-02, up to three Congressional and Staff Delegation visits and two other VIP events. Task 3 provides input to the JBER MOA and its 32 annexes and prepares briefs for the semi-annual Intermediate Command Summit. Task 4 drafts the annual Unit History Report and the division historical reporting SOP.
