Term contract work includes both currently funded projects and projects for which funding is being requested but has not yet been received. Please see Section G, item 5 of the RFP for a list of upcoming project scopes and completion requirements. Anticipated contract term is November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2029 with two (2), one( (1)-year options to extend.
RFP submittal deadline is Monday, October 12, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Please see submittal deadline and location information in Section A of the RFP.
The work includes architectural, structural, security, doors and hardware, mechanical, electrical, elevator, and cost estimating services for courthouse interior renovations (e.g., courtroom updates, countertop replacements, bathroom upgrades), deferred maintenance projects (e.g., brickwork replacement, plumbing, HVAC, electrical panel upgrades, mechanical system upgrades), and tenant leasehold improvements throughout the state. Individual projects will be awarded via a separate Request for Proposal process with a 10-working-day proposal response time.
