The contractor shall provide office space of minimum 1,250 and maximum 1,600 square feet in Valencia County, NM, meeting International Building Code requirements, ADA compliant, with sole access and control by USDA, adequate security with locking exterior doors, parking for 3-4 visitors and 2 employees, one private office, two gender-separated restrooms, a conference room for seven, and access to telephone and internet. Janitorial, snow removal, and all utilities shall be included in the monthly firm-fixed price. The space must be move-in ready by September 28, 2026, with no renovations needed.
