This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the lease of a Mobile Sterile Processing Unit at Northern Navajo Medical Center.
The contractor must provide a mobile, expandable Sterile Processing Department (SPD) unit for lease, including installation, commissioning, training, and preventative maintenance and technical support. The base period runs from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2027, with four one-year option periods. The technical proposal must demonstrate compliance with requirements for the mobile sterile processing unit equipment, NNMC utility infrastructure connection, and NNMC process water quality requirements, and include a delivery, installation, and commissioning schedule.
