Miami Warehouse CCTV Upgrade

The contractor shall furnish a complete Video Surveillance System (VSS) including all labor, materials, and equipment. CCTV coverage is required at the vehicle gate (2 cameras: one looking at the driver, one at the license plate), adjacent from the vehicle gate (one camera looking at vehicles entering/exiting), evidence processing area (detailed view), perimeter roll-up doors (camera coverage for all roll-up doors), and main entry doors (detailed view to capture faces). The system shall include a recording server with minimum 16TB RAID 5, Windows Server 2022, Milestone XProtect Corporate software, and must be NDAA and TAA compliant. The contractor shall also provide warranty coverage, systems tracking, submittals and shop drawings, and maintenance and service support.
