THE PURPOSE OF THIS SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 1 IS TO PROVIDE CONTRACTOR QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS, EXTEND THE CLOSING DATE, AND ADD ANOTHER DRAWING. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST IS NOT UPLOADING THE NEW DRAWING OR PROVIDING ACCESS TO THE REQUEST TO RECEIVE THE DRAWING.
SOLICITATION FOR DRS M7A1 HDPE PLATFORM. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE DRAWINGS FOR REFERENCE. THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST DOES NOT UPLOAD DRAWINGS TO THE POSTING OR PROVIDE ACCESS TO THE DRAWINGS. EACH REQUEST MAY TAKE UP TO 24 HOURS EACH TO COMPLETE.
The contractor must furnish solid black, 1-inch, UV-stabilized HDPE parts in accordance with the referenced drawings: acetylene tank pads per drawing 1110701005P (14 x 14) and countertops per drawings 1110701017 and 1110701018 (30 x 80.38). Parts must meet all drawing requirements or they will be rejected back to the supplier. Items are listed across 18 CLINs with quantities of 1, 12, 4 and 24 each. All items are to be packaged to RIA-JMTC IAW standard commercial guidelines and shipped FOB Destination to Rock Island Arsenal, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center, Transportation Officer, East End, RECG Door 16A, Rock Island, IL 61299-5000, with delivery on or before 21 Dec 2026. A one year parts and labor warranty applies to all CLINs, and a Certificate of Conformance is required with every delivery.
