Snow and ice removal at the Campbell Tract Facility in Anchorage, Alaska, including plowing of paved roads (Entry Road, Admin Area Road, CCSC Road), paved parking areas, aggregate parking areas, sidewalks, and off-site snow disposal. Priority 1 areas include Admin Area Road, paved CTF area West of Warehouse, paved AFO Visitor Lot, paved parking between Maintenance and CTF Office Building, and aggregate parking area at end of Maintenance Shop. Priority 2 areas include CCSC Road, aggregate CCSC parking area, paved CCSC parking, and paved CCSC sidewalks. Services include snow plow operations (up to 4 services per month and from 5 up to 10 per month), ice removal, chemical application, sidewalk clearing, and off-site snow disposal.
