Site Visit: Interested parties may attend an optional site visit at 1:00 PM local time on September 11, 2026. The point of contact for the site visit is: Daniel.Jolly1@va.gov. All questions must be directed to the contracting officer via email. Sub-contractors or other representatives may attend the site visit in lieu of the offeror.
The contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials, personnel, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to provide complete HVAC/VRF maintenance services at Miramar National Cemetery. Tasks include annual comprehensive maintenance (CLIN 0001) and four quarterly operational maintenance services (CLIN 002) for split HVAC systems, VRF systems, exhaust fans, and fan coil units, as detailed in the Performance Work Statement.
