The pricing schedule consists of CLIN 0001 (Mobilization) and CLIN 0002 (Coating and Full Containment System) as lump sums. The contractor must implement a Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plan (SPCC) and maintain a Spill Containment Kit. Full closure of the bridge is permitted between October 22, 2026 and January 5, 2027, with limited use of the recreation site for staging from October 14 to October 21, 2026. No on-site work is permitted ½ hour before sunrise or ½ hour after sunset, nor on Saturdays or Sundays except as approved.
